How to Measure Stability in an Object-Oriented Design
Affinity Systems, Inc.
This presentation discusses the structure of large OO systems.
It describes a set of principles and metrics that can be used to measure
the quality of the design, in terms of interdependencies between class
categories. It also demonstrates how the dependencies should look like
in a good design.
Mr. Hassib is an Architect with Affinity Systems outside of
Atlanta. He has managed his own consulting firm since 1995. Before that
time, he has functioned in both technical and managerial roles in the
Information Systems field. He has worked in quite a few industries, such
as telecommunications, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, consumer
information, and health care.
